1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7β14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All items must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
Returns will not be accepted for damaged items caused by misuse.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Innerwear, lingerie, and hygiene-related products
- Customized or personalized products
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or defective items only.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email/WhatsApp with your order number.
- Provide clear images if the item is damaged or defective.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (as per customer preference)
- Refund processing time: 5β10 business days
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For exchanges, delivery charges may be applicable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
